~Krys: I was told I may qualify for a discount a couple of months ago. I called today, to find out where my app was & the gal on the phone was VERY RUDE & insensitive! She asked me my income & when I told her, she said (rudely), "No, not your current income, we need the last ** days", so I said, "Probably.." & she rudely butted in & said, "No! Not probably, I need exact!!" & she just kept on being VERY rude. I've been in customer service most of my life & wouldn't think of treating a customer like that. Nothing was resolved & I finally just hung up! She *****! That was pathetic!
