GetHuman-193493: I waited over an hour and a half from *:** PM until * PM and at *PM it automatically disconnected at closing time. How rude is that. I tried the next day and waited for ** minutes and no one picked up. I believe no one is there at this time of day even though you say there are representatives working until *PM. I called again after * and asked for the help desk and they put me thru to customer service where I continued to hold for another ** minutes to no avail. Poor phone system. I'm ** what do the elderly do - just hang up like I did in fustration. If your people don't want to answer the phone why advertise that you're working till * PM. How am I to make an appointment at my local office if I can't get through???? Poor customer service and I work in customer service and this would not fly.
