~Disgusted: After driving several miles to Sonic ***** on Houston's Beltway *, I got a barely English speaking employee to whom I had to repeat my order to * times, who then proceeded to hand it to me in a way convenient for her, but difficult for me. She screwed up my order - it was incomplete. Perhaps if they hired English speakers who LISTENED instead of selling me stuff I didn't order or want, and who actually filled and delivered orders correctly, they'd have more business. After two calls to the store, the first one was simply hung up on, the second the phone was slammed down and left waiting, I've given up. I ain't going back.

~Disgusted: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Disgusted: For that I would say four out of five.
