~Mad customer : Cold burgers, melted shakes, probably spit in my food, slimy lettuce, wrong order, extremely rude, refused to give corporate number, dirt*brown particles in my melted slush. Phone rep said hed send info to Corporate manager. Hope he isnt lying. Life long customer never going again. Mckellips & Mesa dr. Mesa AZ.

~Mad customer : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sonic's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mad customer : For that I would say five out of five.
