GetHuman-235662: My family had a horrible experience last night. We did not get our food after spending ** minutes in the parking lot waiting at both the car area and in the drive thru. We were told after ** minutes that the car hop was leaving and that we would wait at least ** minutes. We were told to go into the drive thru. Needless to say we waited an additional ** minutes in line and just could no stay. If you are open until ** at the car area and people arrive well before **:** there should be no issue getting the food out. We were very disappointed.
