GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-jessica57: I have purchased a Sony BRAVIA TV Model number KDL-**R***B Serial number is *******. The remote control for this TV was missing, I plastic package I can only assume is where it should have been in was empty. I called the people I made the purchase from and they told me because I threw the box it came in our already there is nothing they can do. And they suggested I contact Sony, I did this and was told by a Sony warehouse that there was nothing they can do either. Now this left me feeling after over ** years to never buy again from Sony, everything in my apartment and in my car carry’s the Sony brand name on it. And now I’m very upset with Sony. I even told the warehouse I would buy one from them if they tell me how much they were and all they said was sorry they can’t help.
