They say that they will call back in ** to **. that timer ran out and "allowed" me to retry. on the retry it did connect and got a camera guy that "needed" to connect me to the black hole que line for tvs. ** min on hold and sassy Asian girl told that I will be getting a call back with in ** to **. I will not bother Sony w business again.
