GetHuman-jswyatt: Bought a *k tv had it for * months software update and now no picture. Waiting over a month for something to be done. Sent a "new" refurbished tv with a cracked screen. Now have the ** hour will call you back ****. Worst customer service ever! Never again will I buy anything from Sony
