~Anonymous: I am appalled that I not only encountered a rude and nasty individual on the phone, but "TOM" from India threatened me with the credit bureau. I have cancelled the subscription three times and once I did decide to call was told the only way to cancel is my phone. I received this subscription because I donated a check to an organization to help the disabled. I will never again do this. I cannot believe he threatened me with a collection agency for a $*.** bill. Beware of their shady practices.
