GetHuman-102386: Company sent me a letter forcing me to re-register online. When I tried to re-register online I had to phone and hold ** minutes to get a new account number. The person who answered gave me a new account number but refused to set up my notification and billing method, saying I could do all that on line. Once I re-registered online, the website told me to call customer service to get the notification method I want (paper)! I don't have time for another ** minute phone call!
