~pastorjenn@aol.com: Gas service was cut off. Being a new home owner I never receive a gas bill and didn't even think about it. I pay all bills when I receive them. It is November and cold. I am a person with disabilities and need heat. I am a Pastor at a local church and I am a honest person. Please tell me how to get service back on. And how to turn it back on now. where is the emergency service number. What if I had a house leak are you telling me you couldn't come out and fix the leak until Tuesday. I am outraged that I was not even offered the option to pay service to come out and turn it on. As I would have paid the bill immediately, but not a option. I was not even left a notice on friday that my service had been cut off.I would have paid the bill. The operator on the phone did not even offer any option. Just tell me how to have gas turned on.
