~Michael A. Lorenzo: I sold my house on Aug **,**** and the new owner changed the account to his name so he thought. The person who took the information took the wrong information to another house that doesn't exist. I continued to get bills and I had to use over one hour of my cell time to get a service rep. and when I did I got transferred to another rep and had to wait another ** minutes. This company is the worst customer service company every created. I guess when you are a monopoly you can do whatever you want. Shame on the CEO and all of his underlings for such poor service. You'll probably give yourselves a big raise for your incompetence. I am glad I am no longer a customer and have moved to another state. I am sick of New Jersey and all of their money making scams.

~Michael A. Lorenzo: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
