~Sandra Cossaboon: I totally agree with everyone regarding their dissatisfation with the customer service at SJ Gas. I too, only want to have my bill corrected. I have waited on hold not only for hours, but tried again for days, mailed my information to them, faxed my information, and e-mailed them to get no reply! I believe they should fire all the people at customer service and start fresh, with people who are able to deal with the public.
