~jstroka: New customer tried to pay via checking acct account X ** times wd not work. Waited * hours phone waited. Not able to take payment via check. Not allowed to. The women sd she cd go through via online My phone is my online a Droid* The supervisor not able to help Your cudtme service reps are like robots are not able to offer an alternative except on line. Will be getting in touch with the Board of Public Utilities. This was a most upsetting experience
