~i love being on hold...: Wait yesterday was ** minutes, todays wait is ** minutes and counting. Just trying to get bills for specific accounts and dates -- wrote to Customer Service, faxed SPECIFICS, and still got the wrong info from SJG. Sent **** data, not **** data and completely ignored another item. So far, I've wasted over * hours on what should have been simple data request. Incredible!!!! It took over a WEEK for a response to the e-mail.
