~michele: The rep put me on hold supposedly to get a manager since she could not help. At time, did she advise how long I would have to wait* I had to listen to a recording about how busy all sales rep were. I was a good customer while living in Inglewood, Ca but I don't understand why I have to pay for gas I did not use since I moved in June of last year and I was just billed on Feb *th of ****! The rep blamed me for not calling in when I DID BECAUSE THE GAS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF AT THE END OF JUNE ****. I'm very upset
