~former loyal Southwest custome: I actually NEVER got through to the customer relations at all!! I talked to * Southwest Airlines Reservation "customer service" Reps. and they all referred me to ***-***-**** in which I called over and over trying to get through. I just kept getting a busy signal and then got their "we're closed" message after ** minutes of busy signals*Redialing. I'm clearly going to have to go over their heads and make a counter claim through my Bank and get a refund that way because Southwest Airlines "Customer Relations" is of no help Whatsoever. (Then again who knows, perhaps they would be of great help IF ONLY I could actually speak to someone)

~former loyal Southwest custome: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Southwest Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
