~houston: Not happy. I purchased a ticket with the insurance and had to cancel flight do to my mother sick with cancer. My mother passed & I notified SWA. Only a $*** credit was given. After calling back several times, they issued the full credit when I faxed the death certificate. They did not tell me the vouchers were split in two and each had a different expiration date. I got ready use vouchers & only one was good. I called SWA & they stated that yes, it should have been one combined voucher & not two, But I should have read the email more carefully. The original rep said the expiration date was May ****, so I assumed it was for both. He never stated otherwise. So, I just donated $***.** to a multi-million dollar company. SMH & Very Dissatisfied!
