~anon: The customer service representative I spoke to had an attitude- he was not at all pleasant to speak with, didnt seem to care I had an issue negotiating their process the prior evening when customer service is not available ** min wait, ** min wait and ** min wait- did not get through- and got agitated and had a tone in his voice when I questioned him on one piece of the process* he then told me he would document our conversation for his supervisor, gave me his badge number and told me he provided excellent customer service-it was my fault apparently as I didn't understand him- What? wait?? When did customer service become the customer should just shut up and listen?

~anon: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anon: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Southwest Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anon: For that I would say four out of five.
