~Joanne Rikard Cox: The first person I called was not helpful but sent me to TSA (whom I never got to answer). The second person, Jay, solved my problem and settled my frayed nerves. He was superb.

~Joanne Rikard Cox: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Joanne Rikard Cox: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
