~irritated: Had a debit charge to my account last month I didn't make. The bank cancelled my debit card, opened a fraud investigation, and issued me a new card. Inconvenient but great. Charge was credited back to my account a couple weeks later. Fast forward a month. Another debit charge hits my account for double the amount of last month and the same vendor*location. Called the bank and went through the same drill. Cancelled another card, issued a new one, opened a fraud investigation. I got a letter yesterday telling me my claim was denied because my PIN was used. I don't know how that's even possible. I never use my card as a debit with PIN* I use it as a credit only. I never go to that establishment, my card was not lost or stolen, and it's my second card in as many months. Called again and they are re-opening the investigation but wanted to let me know there's no guaranty it will not be denied again. Whether they credit my account back or not, they've lost a customer.
