~lilyanna: *rd try. *st try - terrible English, no knowledge of laws concerning disabled passengers. Requested transfer to a specialist, the operator put me on hold, then I heard a series of strange clicks...then the phone was picked up but know one talked...I could hear people talking in the background...finally after several minutes, a woman picked up who had an accent but I could understand her enough for her to tell me that they had transferred to a call center for ANOTHER AIRLINE! WOW! Used the **** number, picked up immediately and operator did help.

~lilyanna: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lilyanna: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lilyanna: For that I would say three out of five.
