GetHuman-71974: I called customer numerous a number of times only to get the recording. The recording hung up without connecting me to a real live customer service rep. I called to file a grievance regarding being charged for a connecting flight which I was told had been cancelled therefore, I had to pay additional cost of $***. before I would be able to continue my travel into Las Vegas. I booked reservation in early June. The connecting flight cancellation was not my fault thus I should not have been charged an additional fee. When asked for a refund the ticket agent informed me that the transaction was non-refundable. I asked to be reimbursed the amt charge to switch airlines because I was not responsible for the change made by the airline.

GetHuman-71974: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-71974: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-71974: For that I would say three out of five.
