~katie80: I ended up getting sick and not being able to make my flight in the morning, but had every intention of paying to change my flight and leaving later in the evening. since I was already checked in, there was no where on spirit site to make any changes and had me call in...I was on hold for ** minutes before I decided to hang up because I was still really sick. By the time I called back, I had missed my flight and they told me bc I was a "no show" they cancelled my return flight too. It is ridiculous there is not a way to cancel or change flights online, and the only way to contact someone is to call and wait on the phone for almost an hour. So now I am out the cost of the ticket and they kept telling me they understand what happened but there is nothing they can do about it.

~katie80: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~katie80: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~katie80: For that I would say two out of five.
