GetHuman-245534: I took a flight from Arizona my carry on was free from Phoenix. I get to colorado and now they want **.** along with * other people. The people on the phone that takes your money said you should feel luckey we did not charge you the other **.** it is all a scam for being new they should try to make you happy. I coule not even get some Free water as I only had cash so the credit card I filled out they can keep it wont fly with them again. As you hear people on the plain talking this was not a happy plain full of people. You might try to ask how we are doing no wonder the plain was hafe full
