~Unhappy potential customer: This airlines does EVERYTHING they can to NOT talk with their own customers! EVERYthing is solely automated. you can't get ANYONE to answer a phone! This is no way to run a business. They ****! And you have to listen to tons of BS recordings that mean absolutely nothing to you. Especially when you just want to ask a certain question to someone with an actually heart beat.
