GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Spotify customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-48846: spotify had been charging me double for my service so I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was refunded the extra money to my credit card while still paying the balance for my service. They deactivated my account and I can't access spotify at all. Wrote an email and I got a quick response asking for my username and email associated with the account. Even though they responded quickly the first time, after providing my information they needed to work on the problem they have since disappeared. A day has past, no word from them despite two requests for a follow up. I love spotify but God help you if something goes wrong. Might be better off making a new account than waiting for these d-bags to help.

GetHuman-48846: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-48846: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Spotify to know who you are.
