GetHuman-krherefo: I contacted customer service tonight and I was transferred to a customer care representative by the name of Dashawn (I**********). Wow what an excellent employee! He provided me with clear and precise information. He was knowledgeable and patient with me. Dashawn really knew his stuff and all about your products. He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. I feel that he went above and beyond to try and retain me as a Sprint customer. I never write reviews for anything but I think that this employee needs to be recognized! Keep up the excellent customer service!
