~Shawn : I had a sprint contract for $*** a month. I bought my family a new phone for Christmas. My bill went from $*** a month to *** dollars a month. Customer Service says its just because I bought new phones and my bill went up. Customer Service says there is no chance of producing this bill. If I want to get out of my contract and pay $*** per line which will cost me **** dollars. This is my last trip with sprint. I will be moving on when my contract is up.

~Shawn : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Shawn : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Shawn : For that I would say five out of five.
