~1brenda: I have been in the sprint store * times and I still don't have a working phone. Ever since I have had this phone I have had nothing but problems. The employee are the most rude and disrepectful people I have ever seen. Your company seem to hire anyone. My son wanted to have the family plan and I agreed if I known what I know now I would have never agreed to change. I have had this phone replace * times and I am a business owner and use my phone to take debits and charge cards. In the past two weeks they have given me two new phones that does not work and I had a big event to attend and had to miss it because my phone was not working. y phone doesn't show who's calling or hang up unless I remove the battery each time. That doesn't make any sense. I would never ever recommend sprint to anyone.
