~militarywife: My husband and I have gone to three Sprint store location, the samsung tech depo at Best Buy, and called the support number. Everyone is sending us to someone else and no one is taking responsibility for the issue. We signed a two year contract assuming the phone would work for two years. Weve replaced it multiple times (paying $*** each time) due to shutting itself off and not turning back on (even when fully charged), freezing, making calls on its own, dropping calls, etc. We are a military family with * babies under the age of two, we are being taken advantage of COMPLETELY. We even tried to just buy a new phone but per the * sprint stores and the customer service line we cant buy a phone out right, we have to add or upgrade a plan. SO now when my husband is gone on duty and my phone refuses to work, Im stranded with my two little girls. I would not recomend Sprint to anyone and I believe we will be taking our service elseware as soon as our contract is up.
