GetHuman-21445: Every time i call ANY customer service number its an awful experience. Because even when i get someone who is friendly and actually seems to care they don't follow through with what they say they will do for me. I have been jerked around about the same thing for months now & the lack of respect and loyalty to me as a customer is making me rethink Sprint as my phone carrier. I work in a customer service environment and it disgusts me to know that people who don't care are "trying" to resolve my issues but months later they continue to get worse. I do not see Sprint in my future for very long. TWO THUMBS DOWN!
