~fastblack5: I have never been so humiliated in my life while paying my bill, every agent in the finance department are so disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not refer anyone to Sprint. I will never get a phone through them. I really dont know whats going on but my bill went from $*** to $***, who pays that much for a phone bill I will be contacting the BBB. I talked with a lady in the Finance Department by the name of Felecia, she totally talked to me as if I was not human, I tried to reach a manager, no one will ever let you speak to a manager, Horrible, I will be cancelling my service with Sprint and will never deal with them again. Some of the agents need to be retrained on their Customer Skills
