GetHuman-ecdupon: Unauthorized payment came out of my bank account and then I got poor customer service when I tried to call and have the money refunded.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-ecdupon: called many * times regarding this problem and got wrong information all * times. Now my bank account is overdrafted and now I got treated poorly by the finance department and they are saying it will take a week to get my money back. I have been a loyal customer to sprint for a very long time and this is not how I expect to be treated in return.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint Corporate Care. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint Corporate Care problem?
GetHuman-ecdupon: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-ecdupon: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
