Oct * pick up phone and asst mngr says promo over you can have **.** instead of ***.**!I call bs and email manager * x and leave message no call back.Best is I have spoken to all departments and supervisors over last * hours and they all agree that I qualified for ***.** BUTNONE ARE AUTHORIZED TO DO ANYTHING. So they agreed I was ripped off by their company but will do nothing. Still on hold: *** minutes waiting for "Buyback supervisor" who I have already been told will do nothing..Oh Customer Retention offered **.** bucks... my yearly bill is ****.**---F.U Sprintat *** mins spoke to Another supervisor who is taking over this debacle and wants details of last * hour conversations... will see if she actually kicks *** for the customer instead of the company..
