~dennis: Just like everyone else that deals with sprint you get one price when you sign up and all of a sudden your bill doubles or more and everyone you talk to at what's supposed to be customer service tells you something different to get you off the phone and nothing changes on the bill if it does its more for their benefit wouldn't recommend sprint to anyone

~dennis: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dennis: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dennis: For that I would say three out of five.
