~Angry: I am a compliant about the customer service I received today. The Text support person should never put in the system physical damage. He wasn't there n don't know actually how the phone was damaged . The charge support is broke this is something that is inside the phone. I am very pissed because now I have to buy another phone. This note * is just * month n half old. The information was given to my Son n his name is not on my account I so mad right now. But let me call I have to give darn pass code first last name n address. What is right with this picture. This messed up.
