~eliri: I've had sprint for multiple lines for over * years. Recently I've discovered that I am paying for a line on my account that is not in use. How is that possible ? The sprint customer service what no help at all and going into the store was just worse. I have a higher bill on my account than how I started. I have not updated my phone and I have not added new lines. Walking into the store they actually told me my contact doesn't end for another year. How is that possible when in my original contract was done. It was said that I would end my contact in March ****. Now I have to wait till **** and did I mention I'm paying for a line that has never been used. A line that I never agreed on. Sprint has given me the worse experience ever !

~eliri: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~eliri: For that I would say three out of five.
