~Frustrated friend: Sprint service is horrible, my friend had been communicating with them for over a month regarding an iphone* replacement. They sent her a phone, she wasn't home to sign for it, they returned the phone but charged her. She tried to get another phone and they kept saying they sent the phone. She has spoken to them so many times, they were getting on my nerves.
