~coop: The utter turmoil I have had to go through in order to try and get new service has been ridiculous. Basically when I cancelled service with sprint over a year ago I sent in my Air Rave by mail. Your warehouse never received it and now show I owe you $***. Here I am now with a new company trying to open two new lines of service and I am getting the run around for equipment I returned but you do not show it received. Not to mention I just had one of your representatives try and tell me it wasn't for the device now it was for cancellation charges. Sprint is a poorly run company and now is losing business because of your poor customer service and poor systems. let's do the math $*** dollars charged to me for a device I returned (which you will never get) vs $*** for two new lines of service over a two year contract Hmmm seems like upwards of $*,*** to me. Nice job Sprint, with services like this you'll be around for at least another * months.

~coop: For that I would say four out of five.
