GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-danbar: I've ask this question once before but I'm not very happy with the reasoning way not. This phone as not been barred or the original owner as not failed to pay you in full for your service. So they would have been initialled to have this unlock for free, just because they have sold it without unlocking it to worldwide use, doesn't give you a sound reason for stopping the phone being used period, this just doesn't make any sense. I've got a phone that's in full working order and your to let it be put in the bin and for WHY. Please don't give me its company policy, is it policy to recycle and save the plant plus to help people not waste a good phone, just because I didn't original own it. The phone is only * tears old and this company’s policy is just ignoring any responsible request with out dated rules and calling that customer support, what a load of rubbish that it,*Jut in case you see sense, I’ll give you the MEID:***************I’ll take this right to the top if necessary because I think this is stupid with no sound reasoning behind it.

GetHuman-danbar: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-danbar: For that I would say two out of five.
