~TREVEON MCGEE: Call Sprint ********* to get help on my bill for next month because I needed to cancel extra line. I email sprintcare.com and someone Andrew emailed me back. Then on the ********* I talked to someone name ERICA and she told me she would get me some help but today someone from sprint care tells me we can't help you because you don't have a last NAME. I'm sorry the lady ERICA did want to give my her last name. It's not my fault. I just want SPRINT to help me with my $*** bill next month. ERICA promised me. I ask ERICA FOR HER WHOLE NAME, SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE IT TO ME.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint problem?
~TREVEON MCGEE: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TREVEON MCGEE: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TREVEON MCGEE: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~TREVEON MCGEE: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
