~rock367: I thought the worst part about my experience was when I was lied to and (AFTER signing up for a plan) getting hit up for a lot more monthly fees than I was told. Nope the worst was when I still was charged a $*** cancellation fee even though I canceled within their ** day warranty period. I called them * times to get the payment canceled and every time I was told it's being processed and I should not be charged. So it was immediately clear to everyone when they opened my account that there was an error. I never received any notification (that I requested each time I called) that anything was in process. Then I check out my credit card statement and see I was charged anyway. I'm now told that I need to go to the store I purchased the phone at to have them call Sprint to issue a refund? I feel like I'm never going to get the money STOLEN FROM ME back. I Hope people looking into cell plans see this so they don't get screwed like I did. I wish I could give this a ZERO.

~rock367: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rock367: For that I would say three out of five.

~rock367: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
