~Sprint is the worst: Your customer service is awful. I was cut off * times waiting on a transfer. Your service in my area is awful. You are billing me for a promotional item that was free when I signed up. Your now telling me the store is the only one who can help me, and not sprint itself. I've tried to exchange my phone since week two and now i am over the ** days because you've told me to go to three different stores and they have all told me that they can do nothing but to call you back. YOUR SERVICE AND SUPPORT ARE THE WORST EVER!
