~catherine mcdow: Ive had an issue with my phone since the day I bought it. I got the mega because I love big phones that way I can enjoy watching tv and my * yr old can play games on it. It was by far the worst phone I ever bought. I bought it at full price which wasnt cheap. The Internet would not stat connected at all! Every few seconds it would jump off and search. I was so upset. I took it to the tech and they couldnt fix it and wouldnt exchange it. After calling the **** ** times and them trying to fix the issue they finally sent me a refurbished phone. I had the same issue again! Again I took it to the tech and again they couldnt fix and again I called literally ** to ** times and finally they sent me another refurbished phone after I was promised a new phone. Well I went thru this a third time. Today I called the **** about the issue and I had the pleasure of talking to the best sprint rep I've ever spoken to. She was sympathetic and upset that I had to go through getting * refurbished phones se
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint problem?
~catherine mcdow: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~catherine mcdow: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~catherine mcdow: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~catherine mcdow: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
