~ayeti: Tony came on and spoke to me and remembered my name throughout the call, and it's a tough one! Within ** minutes I had an-what he called-advanced replacement device order because my battery is dying within an hour after taking off the charger, only checking very few emails and texts. Lots of few minute holds because of a supervisor authorization, but I am PLEASED!! I didn't have to go into yet ANOTHER Sprint Store.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint problem?
~ayeti: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ayeti: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ayeti: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~ayeti: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
