~leegirl16: that are ONE of thee WORST Companies ever. i hate SPRINT with all my life . as soon as im off this dumb contract i am out of there. Their Service *****, they will take, money outof your account for no reason and deny you a refund and give u a bull **** rreason why. they told me one time after they took *** dollars and told me since my bill was due in a week they couldnt refund my money. the lie and withold information all the time. never are consistent with anything they tell you. they are the worst. they take discounts off do not alert you. turn your phone off for a dollar. very rude and cost too much for such bad service

~leegirl16: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~leegirl16: For that I would say three out of five.
