~Simone: They never pick up any call. Square is the most horrible and stupidest service I ever used. They took my money without any advance notice. They called it charged back. When I tried to find out what went wrong then there is no one to talk to or if you email them then no response at all. I lost my money and I wish good luck to all people who using Squareup ****.

~Simone: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Simone: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Square's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Simone: For that I would say two out of five.
