~ladydeftones: called number and it basically gives you one option and that is to go onto their website and then hangs up on you. I cannot find any information to be able to talk to a live person anywhere

~ladydeftones: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ladydeftones: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Square's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ladydeftones: For that I would say three out of five.
