~LilLulu: A ground strike of lightning hit in my backyard and I lost among other things, my television. I contacted SquareTrade and they said they would arrange for someone to come out for repairs to the boards as the set would not light up. They called back within a *** hour and said that the boards were not available readily and that they would issue a full refund for my television that day. I went out the next day and purchased a new television and contacted squaretrade immedately for the new set's protection. Immediate, helpful and pleasant people to work with. I highly recommend them.

~LilLulu: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LilLulu: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SquareTrade's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LilLulu: For that I would say five out of five.
